Singing primarily in Innu, while occasionally incorporating French lyrics, he creates music that is both festive and unifying, introspective and captivating.

In total, Face-T spent more than 20 years in Jamaica../ Aldo Guizmo is a Montreal artist of Guadeloupean origin, Known for its unique style combining dancehall, afrobeat and influences Urban. Passionate about music from a young age, he distinguished himself by his catchy melodies, his sincere texts and his communicative scenic energy.

Those characteristics have helped The Itals persevere and survive in a music industry that is filled with one hit wonders and flashes in the pan. The Itals released their defining track “In A Dis Ya Time,” as a single in the 1970's, over 40 years ago, and have stuck with the same formula and motivation for making music ever since.
Since ‘In A Dis Ya Time’ was released, the Itals, who then consisted of Keith Porter, Lloyd Ricketts and Ronnie Davis, went on to release three studio albums and various other singles compilations throughout the '80s and '90s. The group's second album, ‘Give Me Power,’ reached number one on the CMJ reggae charts in 1980, and their last album with all the original members, ‘Rasta Philosophy,’ was nominated for the Grammy award for Best Reggae album.

Junior Toots has an ever-growing fan base as he has been captivating audiences of all ages far and wide with his electrifying high-energy performances, soul-filled vocals and socially relevant lyrics. His music is up tempo ska and reggae which generates great crowd responses.

After receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from City College in New York in 1983 she set out on her musical career and has produced nineteen albums over the past 40 years.
An International Superstar she has toured the globe from her birthplace in Jamaica to Japan from Brazil, to the motherland: Senegal, Gambia, Ivory Coast, to Columbia, Thailand, New Caledonia, and France. She has toured extensively throughout the United States and Canada. Sister Carol has lectured at two Universities in California and a music festival in Brazil.

Vernon Buckley aka @Vernon Maytone Started Singing from the tender age of fifteen formed the groupe The Maytones in 1968 with his neighbour Gladstone Grant almost instantly went in the studio after addition for Alvin Ranglin of GG records in Kingston Jamaica . sucessfully making a string of hits,to name afew 'Funny Man' 'Loving Reggae'Serious Love'Africa we want to go' These sucesses were generally love songs,but with subsequent release they recorded in a more serious vein concentrating on a rastafarian theme,'Judas'Babylon fall 'Run babylon'signalled the direction in which reggae was heading They continued releasing hits through to mid-70's at Channel one recording studio,securing success with 'Madness'which surfaced in the UK through burning sounds. Vernon is still with the groupe but is doing alot of solo recordings and live shows all over the world touring with Bedouin soundclash in Canada and the uk most recently did the Festival in Sierra Nevada all seems to be going well says Vernon .

Born in Montego Bay, Jamaica, Jay Douglas took the stage for the first time as a teenager and has since accumulated over 45 years of experience. His undeniable stage presence has made him a staple in the Canadian music scene. He moved to Toronto, Canada in 1964 as a teenager, following his mothers’ move ten years prior to work as a domestic worker. He then became the frontman for The Cougars, who performed reggae, rock-steady, and soul/funk. The group became immensely popular and circuited a variety of clubs across Toronto and Montreal in the 1960’s and 1970’s.

Third World was originally formed in 1973 by keyboardist Michael "Ibo" Cooper and guitarist/cellist Steven "Cat" Coore. Both had received formal training at music schools in Jamaica, and both had played around the Kingston reggae scene before joining the original lineup of Inner Circle around 1968.

Spearheaded by Emch as producer, DJ, and musician, Subatomic Sound releases span from dub to dubstep and everything bass heavy in between.

Born and raised in the notorious Trenchtown and Arnett Gardens area of Kingston, Jamaica, Christopher Campbell, now known as Norris Man had Bob Marley as a hometown hero to inspire his immersion into the musical arena. As a young boy Norris Man (named because of his enthusiasm for karate king Chuck Norris) would sit under a tree to write his own songs of redemption. Feeling music within him, Norris could not ignore his gift of singing and performing. In the Kingston dancehalls of his youth, older sound boys would hoist ten year-old Norris on top a Guiness box and hand him the mic to stir up the dance. Such experiences lit the musical fire for this ghetto youth. From there his musical journey began.

Iley Dread pursued a career in music primarily as a songwriter, although his initial accomplishment was as a performer. His recording debut, ‘Flower In My Garden’, surfaced on Bullseye Records owned by Iley Dread’s guiding mentor and producer, Belvin Jackson. He remained with Jackson until the producer’s demise in 1995 having released four locally successful singles during their partnership. In the same year Iley Dread set up his own Kings Of Kings label and began producing hits with other performers including notable Jamaicans such as Mykal Rose, Spanner Banner, Norris Man and Dennis Brown. Iley Dread’s own label issued a 14-track various artists compilation Every Little Thing, which demonstrated both his songwriting skills and vocal talent. He maintained a high profile in Canada through to 2000 when he released ‘A Friend For Life’, that introduced the singer to a wider audience. He recorded the follow-up, ‘Mama’, in direct response to the slack DJ tunes that he considered derogatory to women. By 2001 Iley Dread had toured Europe alongside Christini, Bushman, Fred Locks and Judy Mowatt. While developing his profile as a performer Iley Dread produced the ‘Front Row’ rhythm that dominated the reggae charts in the spring of 2001. The tune featured artists such as Cecile (‘Changez’), Sizzla (‘Give It To Them’), Elephant Man (‘New Application’), and Beenie Man (‘Counteract’).
